I was fortunate enough to meet Rachelle at one of my best friends restaurants in Winter Park, Fl and nt only was she very beautiful but she definetly was doing what she loved -that was an easy read...My same friend and his wife James and Julie Petrakis have recently opened a new restaurant not unlike Shipyard's but r really about to give our fellow Winter Parkers a new take on beer and how to pair the beer with their unbelievable food (kind of like a wine pairing wld entail... So I really just wanted to get u Rachelle the heads up on that...
